Most owners with shedding pets say this robot handles daily hair and dirt so well that manual vacuuming becomes rare, and the mopping avoids carpets without streaking. The trade-off is that it works best as routine maintenance rather than a total hands-off replacement: you’ll still need to tidy cords and accept occasional mapping quirks.
Loved by buyers
- •Sucks up pet hair from multiple animals without brush tangling, so daily shedding becomes manageable instead of a constant chore.
- •Mop lifts 10mm over rugs and carpets, keeping hard floors wet while carpets stay dry, no manual barrier needed.
- •Dock auto-washes and dries the mopping pads and holds weeks of dust and water, cutting manual chores sharply.
Buyer concerns
- •Mapping can fail in rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows, causing endless circling or corrupt maps that skip areas.
- •The combined vacuum-and-mop mode may smear wet debris instead of picking it up; separate passes work better.
- •App settings for room-specific cleaning modes sometimes revert, requiring manual adjustment before every run.
