How it works

When you click a "Check price" or "Buy on Amazon" link, a tracking code in the URL tells Amazon (or another retailer) that the visit came from us. If you complete a purchase during that session, we receive a commission — typically 1–4% of the sale price.

Does this affect our recommendations?

No. Affiliation does not influence which products we review, which we recommend, or what scores we assign. Products are evaluated on their merits. We have recommended products that earn us lower commissions over products that would earn us more, because our goal is to give you useful advice, not to maximize affiliate revenue.
