The SMOTURE VAC02 wins over Dyson V8 owners with comparable suction and longer battery life at a fraction of the price. Green headlight, auto floor sensing, and whole-home runtime on one charge are the repeat highlights. A loose HEPA filter on some units and limited attachment options are the friction points.
Loved by buyers
- •Strong suction even on low mode, quieter than an older Dyson on eco
- •Green LED on the floor head reveals fine dust invisible to the naked eye
- •Auto mode adjusts suction between carpet and hard floors without stopping to switch
Buyer concerns
- •HEPA filter can fall out when removing the dust cup on some units, suggesting a seating issue
- •High-mode battery runs closer to 10 to 30 minutes depending on surface and speed
- •Fewer attachment options available compared to the Dyson accessory ecosystem
