Most owners find this robot picks up pet hair and everyday messes on hard floors and low-pile carpets with strong suction, and the bagless self-empty base is a genuine convenience. The trade-off: a higher-than-average chance of early hardware failure, and navigation that can degrade into aimless circling or bumping into furniture.
Loved by buyers
- •Pulls up pet hair and fine debris from hard floors and low-pile rugs effectively, winning over homes with shedding pets.
- •Bagless self-empty base holds weeks of dirt and opens without tools, making disposal quick and mess-free.
- •Runs noticeably quieter than many competitors, even on higher suction settings, so it doesn't disrupt daily life.
Buyer concerns
- •A worrying number of units die within the first year, sometimes after just a few months of use.
- •Navigation and LiDAR mapping often falter, causing the robot to get lost, skip rooms, or bump into visible objects.
- •The app provides no real-time cleaning progress and won't let you tweak the map, leaving you in the dark mid-job.
