Pet owners love the self-cleaning brushroll and bagless auto-empty base that holds weeks of hair and dust without buying bags. The VSLAM camera-based mapping is the dividing line: some get room-by-room control after a few runs with the lights on, while others try for months and never get an accurate map. The mop is light-duty with a small tank and no low-water warning.
Loved by buyers
- •self-cleaning brushroll genuinely resists hair wrap even with multiple shedding cats and long-haired people
- •bagless auto-empty base holds up to 60 days of debris with HEPA filtration and no bags to buy
- •strong pickup on hardwood and area rugs, leaving visible vacuum lines on carpet
Buyer concerns
- •VSLAM camera mapping can take dozens of runs or never produce a usable room-by-room map
- •gets stuck on sliding door tracks, socks, curtain hems, and metal furniture legs
- •mop pad wets at the dock and drags across hard floors on the way to the target room

Key Features
- •HIGH SUCTION POWER & SONIC MOPPING: Ultra-powerful, whole-home cleaning on carpets and hard floors with strong suction that lifts dirt and debris, while sonic mopping scrubs hard floors for a deeper clean—all in one pass.
- •NO SPOTS MISSED: With Matrix Clean technology, the robot cleans in a precision matrix grid, taking multiple passes over dirt and debris to deliver 30% better carpet cleaning (vs. RV2610WD single pass, tested on level loop sand).
- •PERFECT FOR HOMES WITH PETS: The self-cleaning brushroll captures pet hair, dust, and debris while preventing hair wrap, helping maintain strong pickup performance across carpets and hard floors in homes with pets.
- •TACKLE STUCK-ON STAINS: Sonic mopping scrubs hard floors 100x per minute, and for deeper cleaning, use Matrix Mop in the app to target zones and deliver 50% better stain cleaning (vs. RV2001WD, modified IEC 62885-6).
- •SELF-EMPTYING & SELF-CHARGING: Holds up to 60 days of dirt and debris in a bagless base with no replacement bags required. With Recharge and Resume, the robot automatically recharges when low and picks up cleaning right where it left off.
