The eufy C28 attracts buyers upgrading from old Roombas and earlier eufy models with noticeably quieter cleaning, a brush that rarely tangles hair, and roller mopping that outperforms a manual Swiffer. Battery life falls short of cleaning a full large home in one session, and long-term durability remains unproven at this early stage.
Loved by buyers
- •LiDAR mapping and room zones set up quickly with simple no-go zone drawing
- •DuoSpiral brush design sheds hair on its own after weeks of daily pet use
- •Roller mop leaves tile and hardwood cleaner than a manual Swiffer, with dirty water proof in the tank
Buyer concerns
- •Battery cannot finish an entire large single-story home on one charge without splitting into zones
- •Replacement dust bags and branded cleaning solution add recurring cost
- •Floor prep for cords and small toys still needed before each run
