Most owners agree this vacuum provides reliable, quiet daily cleaning on hard floors and low-pile rugs at a much lower price than comparable brands. The main trade-off you accept is its basic bump-and-go navigation, which requires some floor prep and occasional rescuing from tight spots.
Loved by buyers
- •Slim enough to glide under most sofas and beds, reaching dust bunnies upright vacuums miss.
- •Surprisingly quiet, so it won't interrupt conversations or TV time.
- •Strong edge cleaning thanks to the spinning side brush, pulling debris away from baseboards.
Buyer concerns
- •Random navigation pattern can miss spots unless you confine it to smaller areas, making it less hands-off than expected.
- •Regular hair removal from the brush and wheels is a must, especially in pet homes, or it may stop mid-cycle.
- •Some owners report motor or battery failures after the first year, though the majority run without issue.
