Most owners agree this vacuum delivers strong suction, handles pet hair with minimal wrap, and the dual batteries eliminate runtime worries. The main trade-off is accepting a top-heavy design that won't stand upright on its own and a folding wand mechanism that multiple owners report breaking after months of use, often with warranty loopholes.
Loved by buyers
- •Two removable batteries charge quickly and make whole-house cleaning practical without waiting.
- •DuoClean PowerFins brushroll handles pet hair well and cuts down on hair wrap, even with long strands.
- •Lightweight build and folding wand let it reach far under furniture and store compactly.
Buyer concerns
- •Top-heavy, won't stand on its own; leaning it risks falls and damage.
- •Folding wand hinge often breaks, and Shark excludes it from warranty, forcing paid replacements.
- •Dust bin fills quickly, especially with pet hair, requiring frequent emptying during use.
