Shark's VACMOP pulls 71% five-star from 28,000 reviews as a cordless vac-and-spray-mop combo that makes daily hardwood cleanup a one-tool job. The ongoing cost of Shark-specific pads and the arm workout of pushing a wet pad are what give buyers pause.
Loved by buyers
- •Vacuum suction locks pet hair and dry crumbs into the pad cartridge before the mop pass
- •Fifteen minutes of fade-free runtime covers a small house or apartment in one go
- •Spray-mop function leaves stone and tile streak-free with Shark's cleaning solution
Buyer concerns
- •Proprietary pads are pricier than Swiffer sheets and the debris pocket holds less than a cup vac
- •Once the pad is wet, pushing it across a full kitchen takes real arm effort
- •Trigger must stay pressed the entire time, unlike the old Swiffer's on-off toggle
