Most owners agree this robot delivers thorough daily cleaning on hard floors and handles pet hair well, with a self-empty base that cuts down on maintenance. The main trade-off is that its navigation can be hit-or-miss, and sporadic reliability problems mean it is not the set-it-and-forget-it solution some home layouts demand.
Loved by buyers
- •Exceptionally quiet on normal suction, so you can run it overnight or during calls without disturbance.
- •Self-emptying base is bagless, holding weeks of debris and eliminating ongoing costs.
- •App lets you set no-go zones, adjust suction and mopping intensity, and map your home.
Buyer concerns
- •Navigation can be aimless, missing spots and getting trapped in complex layouts.
- •Frequent software errors, like false cliff sensor alerts, require troubleshooting and resets.
- •Durability issues with the dustbin lid breaking, and replacement parts can be hard to find.

Key Features

- •NO SPOTS MISSED: With Matrix Clean, the robotic vacuum cleans in a precision matrix grid taking multiple passes over dirt and debris delivering 30% better carpet cleaning*(*vs. RV2610WD single pass tested on level loop sand).
- •CLEANS EDGES & CORNERS: CleanEdge Detect uses blasts of air and corner recognition to remove debris from edges and corners pulling the debris into the cleaning path for 50% better edge cleaning* (*vs RV2610WD with CleanEdge turned off).
- •HEPA FILTRATION & ANTI ALLERGEN SEAL: True HEPA filtration captures and traps 99.97%* of dust and allergens (*down to .3 microns) in the base.
