Most owners agree this robot actually cleans floors, not just wipes them, thanks to a roller mop that uses fresh water and a vacuum that handles pet hair without tangles. The main trade-off is that you must accept practical design limits like its taller height and the need to always vacuum before mopping, but the real-world results make it a worthy pick.
Loved by buyers
- •Roller mop continuously applies clean water and extracts dirty water, so floors get washed instead of just dampened like with spinning pads.
- •The anti-tangle dual brush and strong suction pick up pet hair reliably without needing you to cut away wrapped hair.
- •Navigation is logical and gentle, with an app that lets you customize suction, water flow, and room-specific routines in a way that feels genuinely useful.
Buyer concerns
- •A small number of units developed water leaks or dumped too much water after a few weeks, requiring a return or exchange.
- •You have to add detergent directly to the clean water tank each time because there's no automatic dispenser.
- •The robot is tall and lacks a retractable lidar, so it can't slide under low sofas or beds that other robots handle.
