Most owners agree this vacuum delivers strong suction and excellent pet hair pickup, especially on carpet. The main trade-off is the small dust bin and missing bare floor tool, which add extra steps if you have a mix of floors.
Loved by buyers
- •Suction rivals high-end brands, pulling embedded dirt from deep carpet and under rugs.
- •Light body and carry handle make it easy to lift and use in the car or up stairs.
- •Dual motors keep the brush roll spinning on thick carpet and pet hair without bogging down.
Buyer concerns
- •The dust bin is tiny and must be emptied almost every use, and the bin has tricky alignment that can kill suction if off even slightly.
- •No brushless hard floor tool is included, so bare floor cleaning is less effective without a separate purchase.
- •The power head weighs over 4 pounds and can tire arms during long cleaning sessions.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does it work well on hard floors?+
It can clean hard floors with the power head turned off, but many find it less effective than a brushless tool. It does not come with one, so you may want to buy a separate floor nozzle.
Can it handle long pet hair?+
Yes, the motorized brush and strong suction pick up pet hair from carpets and upholstery, though the small bin fills fast with heavy shedding.
Is the HEPA filter washable?+
The circular dust filter can be rinsed, but the HEPA filter is not washable and should be replaced periodically. A spare dust filter helps because it takes time to dry.
How heavy is the power head?+
The power head itself weighs about 4.2 pounds, and with the hose attached it can feel like 7 pounds in hand, which some find tiring for whole-house use.
Key Features
- •The filterless dust cup gathers dirt in a round chamber that empties quickly and saves you the cost of replacement bags
- •Upper and lower quick releases let you easily attach and detach on-board tools at the press of a button, making transitioning between surfaces a breeze
- •The compact size with a tight-turning radius makes this vacuum easy to move, lift and store
