We find most owners agree: this vacuum delivers strong suction and easy maneuvering at a fair price, making it a reliable carpet cleaner. The trade-off you’ll accept is a shorter lifespan and a brush roll that won’t stop on hard floors, so it’s not built for everyday bare-floor use.
Loved by buyers
- •Swivel steering makes maneuvering around furniture genuinely easy, a standout for the price.
- •Anti-tangle brush roll keeps long hair and pet fur from wrapping, saving maintenance time.
- •Strong suction pulls deep dirt from carpet that previous vacuums left behind.
Buyer concerns
- •Durability concerns: multiple reports of parts failing within a year, including stripped screws and belt issues.
- •Exhaust air blows debris around on hard floors and dislodges lightweight items.
- •Onboard tool storage is unreliable; attachments fall off during use.
