Most owners agree this vacuum delivers strong suction on both carpets and hard floors. The main trade-off is that you may need to handle it gently because the plastic connection between the head and body can break under stress.
Loved by buyers
- •Suction pulls in debris from several inches away, grabbing fine dust and pet hair other vacuums leave behind.
- •Hard floor setting stops the brushroll so it doesn't scatter dirt before it gets sucked up.
- •Self-propelled drive and swivel steering make it easy to move around furniture without heavy pushing.
Buyer concerns
- •The plastic joint where the head attaches to the body is a known weak point that can crack, so rough handling may shorten its life.
- •The hose length falls short of 10 feet when stretched from the base, causing it to tip over easily.
- •The short wand struggles to reach under low furniture like beds and couches.
