Most owners agree this canister vac delivers seriously strong suction and includes a motorized pet tool that cleans upholstery well, though it is heavier than expected and the bagless bin creates a mess when emptied. The real trade-off is accepting cumbersome weight and a dust cloud during emptying in exchange for powerful cleaning and a pet hair tool that actually works.
Loved by buyers
- •The motorized Pet PowerMate tool pulls up deep-set pet hair from couches without tangling.
- •Suction is strong enough to revive the look of low- and medium-pile carpets.
- •The canister pops open over the trash, so you skip bag purchases.
Buyer concerns
- •It is heavy, and the wheels resist rolling on carpet, turning cleaning into a workout.
- •Emptying the bin releases a fine dust cloud, even when done inside a trash can, making it a poor choice for dust-sensitive noses.
- •Long hair quickly wraps around the brush roll and needs to be cut free.
