Owners tell us this robot vacuum delivers powerful suction and fast, accurate LiDAR mapping that keeps floors clean with minimal daily effort. The main trade-off is that app and connectivity hiccups, along with occasional maintenance needs, can disrupt its hands-off promise.
Loved by buyers
- •Strong suction pulls up embedded pet hair and fine dust that other vacuums miss.
- •Fast LiDAR mapping gets a precise floor plan in minutes and avoids obstacles without bumping.
- •Auto-empty dock seals away weeks of dirt and hair so you forget about vacuum maintenance.
Buyer concerns
- •WiFi setup frustrates if your network password uses special characters, a known app bug that still trips up new owners.
- •Edge-sweeping brush pops off too easily when transitioning between floor types, requiring reattachment.
- •Auto-empty cycle is piercingly loud for a minute, disruptive during TV or conversation.
