The j9+ has strong suction and smart mapping when it works, but a 25% one-star rate tells a rough story: firmware updates brick units, maps erase themselves, and pet waste avoidance misses cat vomit and piles. Self-empty is jet-engine loud, and warranty resolutions vary. Owners who get a good unit like the obstacle photos and room scheduling; owners who do not pay return shipping out of pocket.
