We find most owners agree this vacuum delivers powerful suction that makes short work of pet hair on carpets. The main trade-off: it’s heavy and some encounter switch failures within months, so you trade long-term dependability for strong initial performance.
Loved by buyers
- •The suction stays strong even as the bin fills, so it cleans consistently across multiple rooms.
- •It pulls embedded pet hair from carpets and upholstery, with the turbo tool noticeably improving furniture cleanliness.
- •A 30-foot cord and large bin let you cover large areas without stopping to replug or empty.
Buyer concerns
- •The power switch is prone to failure, and warranty coverage often excludes it, leaving owners with a dead vacuum.
- •At 18 pounds, it’s heavy to carry up and down stairs, making multi-level homes a hassle.
- •The on/off button is stiff and gives no visual indicator, so it’s easy to accidentally leave the vacuum on.
