Most owners agree this vacuum delivers strong suction and surprisingly quiet operation, but many find its weight makes extended sessions tiring. The main trade-off: you get durable, repairable power in exchange for a machine that's heavy and less nimble around furniture and stairs.
Loved by buyers
- •Extra-wide 15-inch cleaning path covers carpet quickly, trimming minutes off large-area sessions.
- •Hush mode lives up to its name, letting you clean without disrupting conversations or startling pets.
- •Bagged HEPA filtration captures fine dust and allergens, and owners report bags last surprisingly long.
Buyer concerns
- •At over 20 pounds, it feels heavy and can wear you out during long cleaning runs, especially when pushing on thick carpet.
- •The onboard wand is short, forcing you to bend over for crevices and baseboards, and edge suction is weak.
- •It clogs when picking up larger debris like cereal or cracker bits, which requires stopping to clear the intake.
