Most owners agree this Hoover delivers commercial-grade suction and a genuinely useful quiet mode that lets you clean around people. The trade-off is that the heavy build and short, stiff hose turn above-floor cleaning into a struggle, so you are really buying a carpet-focused workhorse.
Loved by buyers
- •15-inch cleaning path covers large areas faster than most commercial uprights
- •Hush mode drops noise enough for occupied offices, though suction dips slightly
- •Tool-free brush roll and belt access makes routine maintenance quick and simple
Buyer concerns
- •Weighs around 20 pounds, which tires arms during long sessions or when carrying on stairs
- •The onboard hose is short and rigid, making upholstery and stair cleaning frustrating
- •Belt can fail after a few months of heavy daily use, and replacements are not always in stock locally
