Most owners agree this Eureka delivers powerful suction and a versatile lift-away design that simplifies cleaning stairs and hard-to-reach spots. The catch is that it can be finicky on thick carpets, and the swivel steering requires a bit of practice.
Loved by buyers
- •Suction power consistently exceeds expectations, pulling embedded dirt from carpets and fine dust from hard floors.
- •The lift-up pod makes cleaning stairs, upholstery, and under furniture far less awkward than a fixed upright.
- •LED headlights reveal hidden dust and pet hair in dark corners and under furniture.
Buyer concerns
- •The swivel head can feel either too stiff or too loose, making precise steering a chore.
- •Narrow 9-inch cleaning path means more passes to cover a room.
- •On plush or high-pile carpets, the brush roll may stall and the vacuum feels heavy to push.
