Under $70 and under 10 pounds, this Bissell shocks new renters by pulling a full canister of hidden dust from carpets that were just professionally cleaned, with a quick-release wand and TurboBrush for stairs and upholstery. Hard floors may streak, the dirt cup is smaller than full-size Bissells, and a few international buyers report motors burning on first use with incompatible voltage.
