We find most buyers agree this vacuum offers strong suction and does well with pet hair on hard floors and low-pile carpets. The trade-off is that you will need to switch between the two included floor heads when moving from hard floors to carpet, and it is not built for deep-pile rugs.
Loved by buyers
- •Powerful suction that lifts carpet and removes embedded pet hair
- •Lightweight design makes it easy to carry up stairs and use around the house
- •Excellent value compared to pricier brands like Dyson
Buyer concerns
- •Attachment changes between floors interrupt cleaning flow
- •The turbo brush is not designed for high-pile carpets, so thick rugs may not get thoroughly cleaned
- •Missing accessories in some shipments lead to returns
Frequently Asked Questions
Does it work on high-pile carpets?+
No, the turbo brush is designed for low-pile carpets only. Using it on thick carpets may lead to poor pickup and brush jamming.
How long is the cord, and does it retract?+
The cord is 22 feet long and retracts with the push of a button, giving a 33-foot cleaning radius.
Is it easy to carry up stairs?+
Yes, at under 12 pounds, it is light enough for most people to lift and carry room to room.
Does it use bags, and how often do they need replacement?+
It uses disposable bags. The bag is large, so you will not need to change it often, and the sealed design keeps dust contained.
Can it pick up pet hair from upholstery?+
Yes, the included turbo brush and crevice tool work well on pet hair embedded in sofas and cushions, according to reviews.
